We collect 6,000 data points thatĀ help us understand your child, identifying their strengths and weaknesses fromĀ a clinical neuroscience and psychosocial perspective. Once you’ve completed this form and answered some screening questions, you’ll be contacted by your own care coordinator who will reach out to schedule your visit to our Lehigh Valley treatment center, virtually or in person.
